The Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Siberian Devices and Systems” was established in 1959 (before March of 1992 was known as an industrial association PO “Omski electromekhanicheski zavod”).

The enterprise participated in many prestige space programs such as delivery of lunar ground from the “Luna-16” station, “COSMOS”, “GLONASS”, “PROGNOZ-2”, “BURAN-ENERGIA”, “ZENIT-SOYUZ”, “SPEKTR”, “GALS”, “ARCOS”, “Alfa” international station, etc.

FSUE “Siberian Devices and Systems” is the third enterprise in Russia in terms of the output of induction electrical counters.

In 2005, the enterprise mastered the production of special road service cars.

 1. Basic specialization:

— Production of electric ground support equipment and nonstandard ground-based equipment for development tests of attitude determination and control devices and systems as a whole.

 Tool production

Tool production (TP) is located in a four-storeyed building of more than 4000 m2 area.

According to the basic purposes, press-molds and stamps of not less than 800-kg mass and of any complexity as well as various fixture, cutting tools, metering tools, mechanization and automation means, etc. are produced here.

Almost all production operations are performed in one building starting with blanking operations, including mechanical operations, fitting, thermal treatment, etc.

TP is equipped with more than 130 items of metal-cutting machines, 80% of which is from foreign suppliers. In terms of the types of treatment, the mechanical sites include the following:

· General mechanics site (lathe, milling machines);

· Jig-boring site;

· Erosion site;

· Buffing sites;

· Grinding site;

· Thermal work site;

· Coordinate-polishing site;

· Fitting work sites;

· Blank production site;

· Thread-grinding work site, etc.

The working accuracy is from ±0.005 mm with the surface smoothness equal to 10.

There are also advanced milling machines with Numerical Program Control (NPC) of MICRON-51, Maho 800P, Maho 400 types (made in Switzerland and Germany) which provide milling of complex contours with 0.02-mm accuracy.

TP is also equipped with advanced Swiss erosion equipment with NPC of AGIECUT-100С and AGIETRON-100 types, which allow cutting workpieces of any configuration with up to ±0.005-mm accuracy as well as to burn various bulk cavities with up to 0.05-mm accuracy.

Printed circuit board production

The enterprise produces single-sided, double-sided and multi-layer printed circuit boards, flexible printed cables and flexible printed heaters.

Single-sided printed circuit boards (SSPCB) are produced by the chemical method on the single-sided dielectric of SF-1, SF-1N, FDME-1A types having thickness of 0.8-2.0-mm , with epoxy mask and contact areas coated by Rose alloy.

Double-sided printed circuit boards (DSPCB) are produced by the combination positive method on double-sided clad dielectric of SF-24, STF-2 types, having plated-through holes and OS-61 coating.

Multi-layer printed circuit boards (MLPCB) are produced by the method of through-holes plating on dielectric of STF-1, STF-2, FTD-1, FTD-2 types, having 2 to 24 layers.

Flexible printed cables are produced on thin clad dielectrics of PF-2-35-0,16; PF-1-35-0,1 types with PPP-0.7 (as per TU16-503.273-86) insulating film coating.

· Mechanical treatment: drilling-milling machines with NPC: “RVS-2” (“Life electronics”, Germany), “Micronic”, Switzerland;

· Surface and holes preparation: hydroabrasive treatment machine, “Blast” USA;

· Circuit patterning: dry film photoresistor equipment set, Germany;

· Conductor and hole plating: “DINA PLUS130” chemical galvanic line (“Shering”, Germany);

· Circuit etching: “Kemkat 547” conveyer line (“Shering”, Germany);

· Conductors fusion: infrared fusion setup, “Argus”, USA.

 Technological reserves

Assembly process: working areas – 10000 m2 (2-4 class cleanliness and microclimate area). The equipment and developed production processes ensure individual and small-lot production of devices and systems.

Consumer goods production: working area – 1200 m2. The equipment for mass production is used for the purpose.

Mechanical treatment: working areas – 5000 m2. The mechanical equipment park is completed with precision equipment that allows producing workpieces with up to 0.005-mm accuracy.

Production preparation: working areas – 5500 m2. The production is equipped with high-precision mechanical treatment equipment.

Terminal adapter box (KPKV)

Terminal adapter box is installed near the production oilwells and is designed for commutation of power cables of KPBP3х10 and KPBP3х16 types (manual connection and disconnection) supplying submersible oil pumps under technological, scheduled or emergency operations. The box has dust-spray protection design and can operate in any region of Russia and neighboring countries.

Single-purpose cars

Nowadays, FSUE “SPS” has developed the production of the “road-service car” based on a GAZ-2705 car – seven-seater wagon with all-metal carbody. 12 cars were produced for Omsk regional road administration. The enterprise has been granted with the license to produce single-purpose cars and is ready to produce the following single-purpose cars satisfying the customer’s requirement specification:

· gas service car;

· EmerCom car;

· bridge service car;

· car for mobile road quality control laboratory;

· car for mobile laboratory of oil products quality control for filling-stations;

· ambulance car;

· mobile criminalistic laboratory car;

 Cryptographic securing system (CSS) device

Purpose:

The development of communications network allowing transfer of the dataconstituting the State secret (“secret” and “top secret” stamps) as well as the development of corporate networks of the protected electronic document circulation not constituting the state secret (“confidential” stamp). On the development principle it refers to overlaid securing systems. Unlike the build-in securing system, where the securing components are embedded into soft hardware and are the integral part thereof, the embedded securing systems imply the interface between soft hardware and networks, which were developed without envisaging the capability of being complemented with cryptographic securing means. The above is to benefit ofCIPS “FORT” when comparing the analogous ones. It allows to develop overlaid network decisions providing confidential information securing in «Bank-Client” type systems as well as to create the digital signature (DS) system in electronic trade and computerized bookkeeping networks, etc.

Functions implemented:

1. In the subscriber mode:

o computer control blocking from the keyboard till successful completion of user authentication;

o User authentication and access distribution for all user categories to the device resources using a smart card and password;

o Information encoding, imitating securing using GOST28147-89 cryptoalgorythms;

o Formation/checking of the digital signature of data processed and stored in a personal computer using GOST Р34.10-94, GOST Р34.11-94, GOST Р34.10-2000 algorithms;

o Computer-based control of authorized tasks and control of key codes input to user smart cards.

2. In the channel mode:

o Encoding of information transferred over switched or allocated channels in the gamming mode (with feedback – CFB/OFM modes) according to GOST 28147-89;

o Transparency of the between personal computer-to-modem interaction and absence of limits in using communication software.
